YOU ALL KNEW IT WOULD HAPPEN SOONER OR LATER.
I had the craziest temptation to draw Raos in J-rock style clothing one of these days and heck, I've had a snow day, I'm all happy, and yeah... I actually WANTED to draw for the first time in ages-- er, I mean, a few days actually. o__o Oh well, J-rock clothes are fun and Raos here is more than enough of a pretty boy so it was pretty easy to see him in this kind of stuff, not that he'd like wearing purple nail polish and makeup. This whole outfit was practically inspired by Uruha's (Gazette's guitarist *coughimagecough* [link]) costumes He might even be a little uncomfortable in a top like that but like I care. :B I'm too lazy to shade things. I tried a bit of cell shading at first but then I got bored with it. The streaks in his hair were originally cell shading but I messed around with the brightness and contrast options, made them white, decided it looked cool and changed it to a light purple. <: It was so hard to do a background that wasn't too busy or too plain. For me it's either so I had to squirm into the middle of the two. Heehee, the pose is referanced from this one photo I have of Reita, one of the members of the J-rock band Gazette *current uber obsession* I just traced guidelines over it and went to town. There's no way I could have draw the pose myself. DX ...You never heard that. Oh, and Raos' wing isn't there because I was too lazy to draw it and a chibi sized wing wouldn't fit... I was also too lazy to make room. :'D ... I'm done rambling now. Heh, I just know this pic will terrify my boyfriend. >3< |
